How do I get a quote?
- The easiest way to get a quote for your order is to use the contact form that we provide here on our website.
- The more information you can provide allows us to more accurately quote your future order.
- Expect at least a few hours for a response or up to 10-12 hours depending on the time you contacted us.
- If you’re in a rush please give us a call to let us know that you sent us an e-mail through the contact form and we will do our best to take a look at it ASAP!
- You can always give us a call for a rough estimate. We do prefer to take an actual physical look at the project before being held to a quote that we gave based on just a phone call alone.
How does pricing work?
- Pricing works off a few different variables such as:
- The quantity of shirts that you’re looking to order.
- The larger the quantity of your t-shirt order, the cheaper the per shirt price will be.
- The smaller the quantity of your t-shirt order, the more expensive the per shirt price will be.
- The number of colors involved in the design that you’re looking to print.
- The more colors the design has, the more we have to charge to print it.
- The fewer colors the design has, the less we have to charge to print it.
- The t-shirt/ink color combo that you decide to go with.
- We usually charge more for printing on darker colored garments compared to lighter colors such as white or heather grey.
- To help you understand why, printing on a darker colored garment is like trying to paint a dark colored wall in your own home or office. If you plan on painting it a lighter color than you usually will need to put more than one coat of paint. The same thing applies with printing t-shirts, with the darker colored garments we will usually need to put at least two coats of ink for there to be solid coverage. This not only takes additional ink but additional time seeing as how there is a currying/drying process in between coats of ink.
- With lighter colored shirts we typically only need to put one coat of ink which not only saves ink but ALOT of time.
- We usually charge more for printing on darker colored garments compared to lighter colors such as white or heather grey.
- The number and size of locations/designs that will need to be printed.
- Printing locations usually include the front, back and both sleeves on t-shirts.
- Obviously the more printing locations the more that will be charged per shirt to print.
- Printing on sleeves takes additional setup time and breakdown time afterwards so expect to see that time reflected in the pricing.
- We do offer customer printing areas on the shirt that may be out of the norm but do expect potential additional fees to be included in the pricing of the shirt.
- The pricing for a print that covers most if not all of one side of the shirt will be higher than a print that covers only half or only one side of the chest of the shirt.
- The more “full” the print is or in other words” how much ink” the print will take will affect the price.
- Printing locations usually include the front, back and both sleeves on t-shirts.
- Do you already have a design ready to go in a high quality format?
- If not we can either help you with creating a design from scratch or take what you have and put it into a format where we’re able to achieve good results with the screen printing process.
- Depending on the complexity of the design and the size of your order an artwork fee is to be expected to help compensate for our time.
- If not we can either help you with creating a design from scratch or take what you have and put it into a format where we’re able to achieve good results with the screen printing process.
- The quantity of shirts that you’re looking to order.
Where are you located?
- We operate out of a residence in the Cypress area, not far from the Barker Cypress and Highway 290 area. Considering that we operate out of our home we prefer to not have complete strangers stopping by throughout the day or even into the evening.
- If we need to have a sit down meeting with a customer we will usually go to somewhere such as a Starbucks or something similar and go over the project with the customer face to face. With many customers we have gone to their place of business or even their homes if they feel comfortable with that.
- Otherwise we typically prefer to do most communication over the phone or e-mail until the project is complete. Once the project is complete we do our best to accommodate our customers and pick a convenient location within the Cypress area for us to meet at. As mentioned before we can deliver to people’s homes or place of business if they are comfortable with that. If not we try our best to make it as convenient as possible for the customer however we can.
Can I provide my own shirts?
- Yes our customers are more than welcome to provide their own shirts although it may not cost them much less if any pricewise in the long run. With the t-shirt suppliers we have available we’re able to get very cost efficient pricing on shirts compared to what most people are able to get in the stores or online.
- Keep in mind if you bring us expensive shirts the price will be reflected in what we charge to print on it. We upcharge as a form of insurance for ourselves in case we make a mistake during the printing process.
What forms of payment do you take?
- We take cash, check, card or Paypal. If a customer prefers to pay with a card or through Paypal we do charge an additional 3.5% processing fee to cover the fees on our end through our provider.
Do you have a minimum order?
- We don’t technically have a minimum order but keep in mind the smaller the order the more we charge per shirt.
- No matter the size of the order the setup/cleanup is the same so that is usually what we are charging for in particular with the smaller orders.
Will you print a single t-shirt?
- We will print a single t-shirt but keep in mind the setup/cleanup time will be reflected in the price. For a single t-shirt expect the pricing to start at $45.00-$50.00 for a single color, single sided print.
How long does it usually take to fulfill a custom t-shirt order?
- We typically tell our customers the turnaround time is usually within a week of the customer placing their order. Occasionally wait times will be longer and a lot of times depending on the order they could potentially be done sooner.
- If the wait time will be longer than a week we will do our best to communicate that to our customer.
- We do offer rush printing if needed!
Do you offer rush printing?
- We do offer rush printing when we can fit it into our current workload/schedule.
- Typically we do charge extra for rush orders depending on the size of the order and the time frame.
Can you help with design work?
- Of course we can! Let us know your idea for your custom t-shirts and we will do our best to bring your idea to life!
- Depending on the complexity of the design as well as the size of the order we do typically charge artwork fees for our time doing design work.
Do you have an account with CFISD?
- Yes we do! If you work for CFISD and are in the market for t-shirts feel free to get in contact with us and see what we can do for you.
